Hello my name is Jacqueline
I’ve been taking pandol for awhile now so I don’t get really bad headaches in the morning as the headaches are really bad I need to sleep all day the pandol helps immediately take 2 every morning and evening before food
Buy I’m trying to find something not so strong and maybe healthier like a supplement what one do you recommend for being allergic to food and having histamine issues ????

Great question Jacqueline! This product could definitely be a tool to help and certainly is likely to be a lot gentler on your body than panadol in the long run.
You could also consider the Nxgen beef kidney capsules we have (or the combined Cow & Bull ‘gut and digestion’ product) as another alternative.

I don’t know if I’d presume it automatically would cause reactions Pauline, but they could well pose a challenge. Sometimes herbal combinations provide a huge help even when very sensitive, but the (understandable) fear around such a combination of herbs could make another hurdle – the more fearful we get around reactions, it activates more stress responses and adds to our challenges!
Perhaps you could start with the beef kidney capsule option in the shop which provides natural DAO as a starting point? We have a lot of clients & customers who use that as an alternative/in addition to. You could try this product later on?
If you haven’t seen the protocol we work with/suggest people to do, I’d highly recommend it. Myself and Teresa came from VERY sensitive positions to multiple natural food chemicals (not just salicylates) and have turned that around. You can read more in the ‘about’ section if you haven’t already had a look there.
Finding an adrenal cocktail version you can do, and moving into the magnesium drops and beyond are great starting points which can help liberate diet, so that a combination product like this can help.
I remember being apprehensive to get another herbal product not too different from this one, wayyyyy back when I was still reactive, and thinking how much it would be a problem for me, so I found other ways and then within a couple of years or so of that, I was able to eat basically anything. It just took time.

Not a review but a question: I am chemical sensitive also. I presume the Salicylates in some of your ingredients will prohibit my trying your product which sounds excellent.
