What is involved in the Root Cause Protocol (RCP)?

We talk more about the nuts and bolts of the Root Cause Protocol here. The protocol involves a series of stages split into ‘Stops’ and ‘Starts’. It’s designed to be largely self-guided/led and a way to support your body back to balance itself.

        Please note, the chewable option may have citric acid, a ‘stop’ within the RCP. We believe this is a small amount and a balance between the benefit of properly digested food, and the ‘less than ideal’ inclusion of the citric acid is a decision that will need to be personally made.

        Kristan still chose to use these with her youngest daughter when she wasn’t able to use capsules or powder as it ended up a choice between nothing or something not 100% ideal. She was careful with choosing to use it only when she felt needed – sometimes it was often and other times it was rare.

        If she had her time again, she would now opt for capsules and to mix them in with food if possible first, only using the chewable as a back-up option.

        When her daughter had learned to take capsules at 7 years old, she swapped to that version, but in that time they have swapped to rarely needing them.
