Really love this product! Im pretty hopeless at remembering to take everything suggested on RCP so it is awesome to have a combo product like this. I take 1 am/pm. I have noticed my energy levels and general health are better. I have started my daughter on 1/2 capsule mixed in drink of choice each night also. I have noticed a difference – although daughter brings homes all sorts of bugs from school – she hasn’t got nearly as sick and immune system still good, and the same also for me too. (We also do whole food vit c, Vit E (wheatgerm), Cod liver oil, Magnesium as well so all together definitely improvements).
