Low iron and pregnancy
Kristan Kershaw is a health coach with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) who is passionate about helping women to understand and navigate pregnancy and low iron. She is committed to helping mothers to feel better during this incredibly unique and deeply personal phase of life.
This online, live event will cover what you need to know about iron levels for optimal health during pregnancy. The purpose of this virtual presentation is for you to leave knowing exactly what to focus on during your pregnancy if you’re concerned about iron levels. Your host will share some tips to help you manage your iron whilst also explaining the relationship between iron and pregnancy as the body changes throughout pregnancy.
You are welcome to bring questions about your pregnancy-related symptoms (like fatigue). If you’ve got pregnancy or pre-natal questions or low iron during and after pregnancy questions, bring them along too. If your questions haven’t been answered during the presentation, Kristan will do her best to get through as many as she can.
If you’d like to get a better understanding of iron levels before, during and after pregnancy, this presentation is for you. If you are (or know someone who is) pregnant or planning to be, come along live if you can.
