Kristan has found this helpful to use in her daily routine for herself – starting with a sprinkle in her drink bottle, she then has increased it as she felt the need from how her body has responded. RDI for potassium in a typical adult is 4700mg, and 1 teaspoon of this provides approximately 1600mg.
Anyone who has been told to not consume extra potassium should talk to their practitioner before considering using this.
It can be a great product to use in your gardening endeavours – do some research on how it may best be used there though, as it can change the pH when applying it to a garden scenario.
