Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Local pickup is also available by prior arrangement.

Orders will typically be sent within three business days. If there is a delay in shipping at our end due to unexpected circumstances, we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size of your order. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping for Australian orders over $99. Please note that this is calculated on the base order before shipping is added. 

You may opt to pay for express shipping, at your own expense, for expedited delivery. The cost will vary according to the number of items you purchase, and will be quoted in the shopping cart before you complete your order. 

We utilise Australia Post for all of our orders. Unfortunately, while they’re generally reliable, sometimes things go wrong. We are not responsible for orders once they are shipped. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, you must pursue the remedies that are available to you through Australia Post.

If delivery of an order is delayed, let us know as soon as possible, and we will lodge a query with Australia Post, or you’re welcome to directly lodge a query with them via your tracking number.

If you would like to have your order shipped internationally, please contact us for an individualised quote before placing your order.

We may agree to combine orders, at our sole discretion. We realise that sometimes you may forget to add something to your order and wish to avoid paying postage twice. While you are welcome to ask for your orders to be combined, please be aware that it causes complications for our warehouse staff, and we reserve the right to say no without further explanation.
