FIQ Whole C IQ – 90 Caps

We include whole food vitamin c in adrenal cocktails or as a part of our overall nutrient intake in addition to the cocktails. Ascorbic acid isn't recommended within the work we do, based on the Root Cause Protocol. We want quality whole food vitamin c products.

We are aiming for the food-complex components that whole food sources to give us - we're getting all of the building blocks together, not isolated components which isn't as accessible to the body.

Many popular Vitamin C supplements that you see in the shops are solely ascorbic acid or almost all ascorbic acid with a small amount of food ingredients. They're typically NOT whole food vitamin c sources, giving you complexes of minerals and building blocks for enzymes. Mother Nature doesn't give isolated components, so why would it be optimal to get our nutrients like vitamin c in an isolated way?

Suggested Use

Serving size is 3 capsules, with each serving providing:

• Vitamin C (from amla fruit extract) 500 mg
• Sodium (from sea salt) 150 mg 7%
• Potassium (as potassium bicarbonate) 225 mg 5%

90 Capsules per container.

We encourage you to start with a small amount and build up. It's ok to use one capsule to begin with and work your way up to the serving size.

Active ingredients: Amla Fruit Extract, Celtic sea salt, potassium bicarbonate
Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and rice flour.
