At the time, she just started massaging a couple of sprays into the soles of each foot was a perfect way to start. It's less itchy than other parts of the body when starting, and starting with a small amount gives - it can be a bit itchy if applied to other areas, especially when starting out. Once your body is used to it, using it in other areas works great too - sore muscles, reducing pain in localised areas, you name it!
