These consults are great for both new and existing clients. If you are new, 45-minutes give us an opportunity to briefly discuss your history and explain how to begin to balance your minerals. We can give you a couple of things to implement straight away so that you are making progress even before you get testing done, even before you book a full 90-minute consult.
Alternatively, if you’ve previously worked with us, 45-minutes is also great to use as a follow up after a full consult, to discuss your progress.
Consults are comprehensive but tailored to each person to avoid overwhelm.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO NON-AUSTRALIAN PURCHASERS

Once you have booked and purchased your consult, you will be directed to complete an intake form to help us best assist you.
Please complete this as a priority so we have time to review well ahead of your appointment, not at the last moment.
We will utilise your consult time to review materials if you have not sent them in with at least 48 hours for us to read.

Want an introduction to mineral balance in the body? This is your first stop! Introductory sessions are offered to help gain understanding on ‘where to next’.
The session is designed to help those who know they want help, but not knowing what to do next. It gives us a chance to talk about about minerals in your body, spend a little time learning about your history and getting ready to do the next steps in discovering your mineral balance.
Your Consult Includes:
- A summary of consult which will be emailed to you after your session
- Weblinks and supporting links provided to continue your learning beyond what we discussed
- Basic email support in the first few weeks following the consult. Complex questions require an additional consult time.
- All consults take place on Zoom and are recorded for your reference
If you would like to improve your own health or that of a loved one, please book in for a consult.
PLEASE NOTE:
These sessions are not for the review of results. There is not sufficient time to review results and discuss them with full context in a 45 minute session. Please book either 90 minute consults or a 3 hour package if you have results.
